Due to limited space, Payment in full will be necessary to secure a space.

All applications for vendor’s tables will be reviewed and a determination will be made within 24 hours. Upon approval all Vendor Space purchases are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. Multiple month purchases are for consecutive months only.

We have instituted this procedure as not to duplicate vendor products. First Friday its co-producers or associates assume no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. We will as a matter of course supply security for our venues general areas.

Vendor Responsibilities:

1. Vendor must be in loaded at site no earlier than 6:30pm no later than 7:00pm the night of the event.
2. Must stay setup on site until at least midnight.
3. (VERY IMPORTANT) Must supply your own lighting, electrical outlets are unavailable, we highly recommend portable generator or battery drive lighting. We recommend  a Black and Decker 400 watt unit or this one http://www.walmart.com/ip/Wagan-Power-Dome-EX-Compact-Generator/10928428 available at Wal-Mart.  You may have to search a little to find either of these units, but believe me they are worth it! Especially for someone that does vendor setups regularly.PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ANY ASSISTANCE.
4. Limit their display to 8ft.
5. Two complimentary general admissions per vendor, names must be submitted at time of reservation.
6. As we strive not to duplicate vendors, you must honor any requests not to display and items we deem in conflict with previously contracted businesses.
7. Vendor acknowledges that they will not engage in the sale of illegal goods including but not limited to knockoff products, unlicensed tapes, Compact Discs or any other transfers that violate the laws of the United States or State of New Jersey. If First Friday or our associates observe such activities vendor forfeits their right to a sales space and must immediately cease, desist such sales and vacate the premises.
8. Vendor Space is First Come First Served.
